Hello, is it 1 capsule or 2 capsules for a total of 880 mg?
Answer from Elit Pharma
Dear Customer, thank you for your interest. As seen in the “Supplement Facts/Ingredients” table in the product image, the serving size is 2 capsules. The "Amount Per Serving / Serving Size: 880 mg" listed in the table indicates that 2 capsules contain a total of 880 mg of Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus). So: 1 capsule ≈ 440 mg 2 capsules = 880 mg. We will be happy to help you with any other questions. We wish you healthy days.

What exactly is the product used for. I am 41 with early menopausal effects. Will this minimize those effects? Also do you have a libido booster and daily mix (daily) vitamin? Or what supplements do you recommend during menopause?
Answer from Elit Pharma
Hello, Vitex is recommended for menopause, hot flashes, etc. In addition, for libido support, Validus Combo women 60 tablets and Validus Infer female tablets are recommended. Additionally, it is recommended as support for hormonal balance.

Hello, I understand that this product should be taken 2 times a day. Could you please tell me whether we will take 2 capsules in the morning and evening or take both 2 in the morning? Thank you.
Answer from Elit Pharma
Hi, The recommended use for Vitex 880 mg capsule is 2 capsules per day. It is recommended to take this as 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening. If you want, you can take them all in the morning; however, it is more appropriate to divide the use into morning and evening with regular use.
