Hello, we have been using it for 2 years, we are very pleased with it. I just kept it in hot water and cleaned it. I did the same thing yesterday but it smelled today. We just use water in it. How can we solve this problem
Answer from Keep Smile
Hello sir, it is not a product that normally smells, you were washing it by hand, right?

What is the weight of the product? Is it a heavy product?
Answer from Keep Smile
Hello sir, since it is steel, it may be a little heavier than normal flasks, but it is still lighter than average steel, its approximate weight is 400-450 grams.

Does it smell or drip? Also, is the lid and straw part BPA free?
Answer from Keep Smile
Hello sir, the thermos lid does not leak at all when it is "closed". The pipette is made of food-grade healthy soft silicone. No part of the thermos contains BPA at all. It is resistant to odor, but it needs to be kept clean regularly and the pipette also needs to be kept clean in the same way. It is necessary to clean immediately after using sugary drinks, carbonated drinks and dairy products.

I would soak it in hot water and rinse it after 15 minutes.
Answer from Keep Smile
What is the inside of the steel? Do you think it makes my seal smell?

What is the steel code?
Answer from Keep Smile
Hello sir, it is multi-layer SUS304.
