Hello, this flask leaks a lot, can you help us? It is not used healthily at all. is there something wrong with ours ?
Answer from Keep Smile
How does the product leak? Does the product leak when the lid is closed?
Translated by Google
There is a hole in the top of the product. When we turn it upside down, all the water flows like a fountain. I look at the comments and now everyone is complaining about it. If it weren't for that hole, it would be a nice water bottle, but unfortunately I can't use it this way.
Answer from Keep Smile
Are we talking about the ventilation hole, sir? Any chance of sending an image? ?? If you are talking about the hole at the top of the straw in the product, this is the ventilation hole. It is designed to prevent the liquid in the flask from smelling by allowing it to come into contact with air, and it is present in all of our flasks. How old is your child, sir?

Hello, can I get information about the durability of the plastic? My 3-year-old daughter constantly drops her water bottles from her hand to the ground and breaks them. I want to try this brand, depending on the quality of the material.
Answer from Keep Smile
Hello sir, Tritan plastic is both healthy and durable compared to other plastics. It also has a strong durability in case of falls. The lid of the flask is also made of tritan plastic, but due to the spring mechanism inside and its piece-by-piece assembly, it is not as durable as the body. So far, we have not received any complaints about falling or broken parts - body. Uzspace brand is really high quality and healthy. We would like you to try this model and all the other models.

Hello, what is the plastic number of the product? Is it written on the bottom?
Answer from Keep Smile
