Under Armour Men's UA Tech™ 6" Boxerjock® - Pack of 21363619-011

I also bought it from an under armor seller, I will edit it when I receive the same one.

In the boxer products that I bought in two separate packages, I mistakenly chose size 2XL instead of XL. When the products arrived, I only opened one package and saw that the size was too large. I returned the other package to the seller without ever opening it. Despite this, the seller refused my return, claiming I opened both packages. When I asked it to show the recording it refused even though it said it had recorded. No explanation or rebuttal was given to me. Moreover, I did not even have the opportunity to convey that I only wanted one size smaller, that is, to exchange it for size XL. Being accused without any concrete evidence, not being given a chance to defend myself, and having my right of appeal ignored is an extremely rude, hurtful, and unacceptable stance. I do not accept Trendyol's approach, which does not resolve my grievance by accepting the seller's unilateral claim. I have a complaint from both the seller and Trendyol. I request a re-examination of the return rejection decision, clarification of the claims with concrete evidence, and acceptance of the return of the unopened product. I will not remain silent in the face of this approach, which accuses the customer without listening and makes a decision without providing evidence. I want my grievance to be addressed and a concrete solution to be offered to me.

It's so comfortable, I couldn't find a better size.

It's a nice and good quality product

It's nice and thin
