the product looked good. However, the usual size of 44.5 seems smaller than my size. Had to wait, follow up several times before they processed and picked up my shoes. yet to receive the refund or receive confirmation on my returns?

Too small

The app is very bad, they don't have a replacement, the size is small and I want to replace the shoe with a slightly larger size, they refuse to replace the shoe, I'm a scavenger. No one deals with them
