daily usage method and dosage:• the recommended daily usage method is 1 or 2 effervescent tablets or sachets per day. • 1 effervescent tablet should be dissolved in 200 ml of water. • the sachet should be opened by tearing it from the specified place. • the powder in the sachet is added to 100m1 of warm water and mixed until dissolved. • it is drunk by sipping while it is warm within five minutes. It is recommended to use 1 or 2 effervescent tablets/sachets per day for individuals aged 11 and over.
