Product Q&As
Hello, I would like to make a suggestion to you, I suggest you to produce toothbrushes from natural animal hair. I could not find any when I looked in Turkey. People who use your natural non-toxic products will definitely also buy the brush made of natural bristles and bamboo that does not contain plastic. Usually these are made from boar bristle or horse hair. I hope you take your customer's advice, I think that's what the market is for. Stay healthy
Answer from TURTLEE ORGANICS
Hello, Thank you very much for your valuable suggestion and for considering us. Sharing your sensitivity to natural and sustainable oral care products is very valuable to us. However, in line with our brand's approach and certification standards, we do not develop products using animal hair. We will definitely forward your suggestion about alternative oral care products that can be produced from bamboo and other sustainable materials to our product development team. Thank you again for your feedback and support, and we wish you healthy days.

Isn't this product that repairs tooth enamel? It has clove oil in it, I think it relieves pain, you don't notice that your teeth are rotten, I wish it didn't have clove/oil.
Answer from TURTLEE ORGANICS
Hydroxyapatite helps to treat tooth decay if it has not reached the root and remineralizes tooth enamel. It fills the cracks in your tooth enamel and consists of 90 percent calcium in tooth enamel. That's why tooth enamel absorbs this content like a sponge because it sees itself as this content. It helps to prevent situations such as pain, soreness, and tooth sensitivity in tooth enamel by strengthening it. Clove oil is a very powerful anti-inflammatory ingredient that dentists highly recommend for oral health. An ingredient that does not provide a living environment for harmful bacteria in your mouth with its antibacterial property, therefore it also helps to prevent tooth decay.

Product description
The organic certified toothpaste that gives extra whiteness has the main components of mint-clove-hydroxyapatite. With its advanced whitening formula containing intense hydroxyapatite, it provides a noticeable whiteness to your teeth from the first use. Hydroxyapatite helps prevent tooth decay, remineralize teeth, and whiten teeth. Hydroxyapatite is a form of calcium that naturally makes up 97% of tooth enamel and 70% of your teeth's dentin. It derives its tooth enamel strength from the hydroxyapatite within it. It protects against inflammation by caring for the gums and helps the gums to have a healthier appearance. Hydroxyapatite acts as a strong protector against plaque formation and tooth decay caused by acid attacks and tooth enamel erosion, and helps to reduce the transparency of teeth. It provides a brighter, healthier, and whiter appearance to the teeth by remineralizing tooth enamel. It has been certified as an organic product by the international certification body cosmos. It is certified vegan and animal-friendly by peta
