Türkiye İş Bankası Kültür Yayınları Tuhaf Bir Kadın

Product description

Leyla erbil's mental freedom has primarily resulted in her works pushing the boundaries of conventional literary genres. "although it is generally recognized as a storyteller and novelist, it is noticeable in almost every work that erbil has a ""problem"" with these widely accepted literary genres, in their classic forms." Although we can roughly call it a “novel”, “story”, it has produced unique works that cannot be repeated and whose genre and tradition it is based on cannot be fully determined at first. Nevertheless, after a certain familiarity, if we receive a text we don't know, we easily recognize that it belongs to erbil. The fact that a strange woman was once mistaken for a storybook is intriguing in this context. "it is also important that the author did not ""finish"" the novel." In the new edition of this novel, the author brings new sources related to the fate of the reader, mustafa suphi.

if attention is paid, this update is made in a literary genre, which by definition is finished, torn off from its author, thrown to the reader and left there, in the novel.
