Product description

"the ""wizard of oz"", published in 1900, aims to be a ""modern fairy tale"" where curiosity and fun are preserved, and grief and nightmares are left out, as expressed by its author l.

frank baum."

The work, which is seen as the first fairy tale of american literature, is considered a symbolic allegory of the economic, political and social situation in america in the 1890s, and it can be argued that it carries elements symbolizing the situation of farmers in the west, the gold market of the period, and workers who could not work and experienced economic problems after the civil war.

This classic work, which appeals to both children and adults with its allegorical features and imaginary elements, tells the story of the journey of little dorothy and her dog toto from the endless prairies of kansas to the fantastic land of oz, which they encounter during this adventure, and the extraordinary friends they made during this adventure. In the difficult and strange journey they are on, dorothy is only looking to return to kansas, her aunt's and uncle's farm, while searching for the scarecrow's brain, the tin man's heart, and the lion's courage.
