Product description

Living on a farm, the animals have overthrown their self-sustaining human masters and have seized a great opportunity to create an ideal animal society in which justice and equality reign

However, the power-loving pigs, who are smarter than other animals, deviate the revolution from its course over time and establish an even more cruel and oppressive dictatorship than before

Orwell this counterattack, published in 1945

While writing his utopian and fantastic political fabula, his target was the 1917 russian revolution and “stalin’s betrayal of the revolution”

Animal farm is a warning to politicians who abuse rights and freedoms while consolidating their power, to the manipulation and propaganda methods used by autocratic regimes to keep the people oppressed

This brilliant satire, targeting the corrosive effect of power, is still a “timeless” masterpiece with its message still relevant today against the injustices that continue to occur in the world.
