the story of the mad scientist, who feels no responsibility for the consequences of his scientific methods, has inspired unforgettable films. edward prendick, a survivor of a shipwreck, finds himself stranded on an island with strange creatures and dark secrets. This island is a microcosm of a universe that lacks a god to control one's actions and thoughts, and is completely devoid of morality.
