The literary activity was not welcomed by the administrative authorities and was diminished, so mr. ali returned to the public opinion again, was appointed to the directorship in 1895, and continued this duty until the end of his life. Mr. ali started to engage in literature in his youth while maintaining his closeness with the new ottomans.

he wrote plays for the development of a theater suitable for western examples and adapted many plays from french writers. "teodor kasap only signed his humorous articles published in the diyojen magazine under the pseudonym ""ali""."
