Hello, how will the product be applied like a square wet wipe?
Answer from TTO-JEOMED
Hello sir, first of all, thank you very much for choosing us. We recommend that you use our product by keeping it in hot water for 2 minutes or in the freezer for 2 minutes, and then using it as a hot or cold complex by applying light pressure on your eyes.

Hello. Can you upload more detailed images of the product's appearance and application?
Answer from TTO-JEOMED
Hello sir, usage is stated on the box for illustrative purposes. If a cold massage is to be done, it is placed in the freezer with its bag and kept for 10-15 minutes. If a hot massage is to be done, the bag should be left in 1 cup of boiled water for about 1 minute, then the bag should be torn and the pad inside should be placed around the eyes in a lying position, and it should be left for 5-10 minutes as desired. After application, the roots of eyelashes and eyelids can be wiped with a pad. We wish you a nice day.

Hello, how to use it? Is it daily or how many times a week should it be used? I would appreciate it if you could help me.
Answer from TTO-JEOMED
Hello sir, the mask for cold application is kept in the freezer for ten to fifteen minutes along with its bag. For a hot application, it is left in a cup of boiling water with its bag for about a minute. Then, the bag is torn open and the pads inside are removed and placed around both eyes in a reclining position. The application can be sustained at will from five to ten minutes. Afterwards, the base of the eyelashes, eyelids and the surrounding area can be gently wiped with a pad. Direct contact with eyes should not be made. Should not be used on irritated or injured skin. Avoid direct contact with eyes, in case of contact rinse with plenty of water. It is suitable for use once a day. As Jeomed family, we wish you healthy days. 😊 🌸

Hello, I tried your product, it burned a little. Are these eyelids? Why are these not suitable for the eye shape? They are flat like wet wipes. I would be happy if you could help me.
Answer from TTO-JEOMED
Hello sir, first of all, thank you very much for choosing us. Burning occurs in response to tea tree oil due to the density of demodex around your eyes. We recommend that you do not stop the process and continue it.
