Product Q&As
Hello, I wish you lots of sales. Is it applied to the entire face?
Answer from troublessturkey
Hello, good day, of course you can apply it, but we recommend that you apply it locally only to the acne area to prevent it from wearing off quickly.

Doesn't the product treat acne? is it a product that keeps it from coming off? You wrote that in your answer. It is an anti-acne product. If you have severe acne, consult a dermatologist. so it is not effective on existing acne? Thank you for your interest.
Answer from troublessturkey
Hello Yes, the product is not just preventative. It may also help reduce existing breakouts. But it is generally effective for mild to moderate acne. For very severe and inflamed acne, this might not be enough on its own; in that case, it's best to consult a dermatologist.

Is it suitable to apply externally to the acne that appears during the use of Zoretanin?
Answer from troublessturkey
Hello Clear Gel Cream can be used externally to support sensitive skin thanks to its soothing and moisturizing ingredients. Topical application can also be used for acne that occurs during Zoretanin use. However, we recommend that you consult your doctor before starting use, as isotretinoin therapy makes the skin very sensitive.

Does the sun harm the skin after applying it?
Answer from troublessturkey
Hello, good day, although it is not as much as a sunscreen, it provides protection against harmful UV rays thanks to the natural extracts in its content.

Hello, I am someone who applies cleansing tonic, serum and then cream. This is how my routine progresses. When I am going to use this cream, do I need to skip the serum step or can I just apply it to the area where the acne is, like an acne patch, wait and then use the serum?
Answer from troublessturkey
Hi, You don't have to skip the serum step completely when using Troubless Clear Gel Cream. However, since this cream is an acne-focused product, you can only apply the cream locally on the acne and wait for it to absorb before moving on to your serum step. Thus, you can focus on the problem area and not disrupt the other steps of your routine.
