Only from the multi order I placed this jacket and pink variant payment, they arrived, the rest of the items were paid but never arrived. When I talked to a trendyol agent, he said that it was resolved... instead, they canceled the delivery of other products and I did not receive the money back. I'm afraid to order anything else since then not be the same again. You should have a policy for such situations.
