Hello, when the product is set to the smallest setting, the distance between the two cutting blades is approximately 1 cm. The range can be opened steplessly and adjusted to wider dimensions.

Hello yes. After adjusting the cutting range to the desired width, you can lock the position with the fixing screw/nut on it. Thus, the spontaneous opening and closing of the accordion structure is prevented during use.

Hello, yes, the product is suitable for double-sided use. Both sides can be used for dough cutting and strip/slicing.

Hello, although the cutting range of our product is adjustable, it is not possible to adjust it to a very thin and precise measurement such as 0.2 mm. It is designed for use in practical cutting intervals for ravioli, noodles and dough strips. We wish you good shopping.

Hi, it can be used in doughnut batter. The product has steel cutter wheels and is suitable for regular dough cutting operations. Dough rolled out if a bit stiff and not too thick can make cuts. For very hard or very thick dough, it may not cut completely in one pass; it is more appropriate to use it by pressing it in a controlled manner on a flat surface.
