the baked cottage village yogurt is blended by adding solids and seasoned with oregano. The natural tarhana mixture is left to ferment overnight, then dried thinly in the sun before being put into the oven. There are no preservatives, additives, or colorants. Store in a cool and dry environment. There are three types of natural tarhana chips: spicy, baked and plain.
