Product details
Product description
Grape pestili artvin yusufeli is made with grapes grown in the valley of çoruh, which is rich in biological diversity. It stands out with its unique taste and thin crust caused by the region's climate.
the collected grapes are crushed after boiling in boilers and their juice is separated from the pulp. Then, while the grape juice is boiling, a special mixture prepared by mixing wheat flour, honey, and milk is poured into it at regular intervals and mixed with shovels until the desired consistency is achieved.
the resulting helme is kept under the sun. It contains grape molasses, honey, milk, beet sugar, and wheat flour. Contains gluten and lactose. There are no preservatives, additives, or colorants. Store in a cool and dry environment.
