Natural Baked Tarhana Chips
Maraş Tarhana Chips is a registered product with Geographical Indication.
It contains yogurt, wheat halves, thyme, salt and water.
It contains gluten and lactose.
Tarhana chips are produced by processing wheat grown in Kahramanmaraş.
The harvested wheat is crushed in the stone mill, separated from the husk and turned into yarma.
Then the yarma is washed and cooked. The cooked yarma is blended with village yogurt and flavored with thyme.
The natural tarhana mixture is fermented by resting overnight, and after being laid thinly in the sun and dried, it is put into the oven.
There are no preservatives, additives and colorants.
