I recently purchased a watch from your store, but I am very disappointed with its quality. After only a short period of normal use, the color of the watch has started fading, which is unacceptable for a new product. In addition, the overall quality and performance have not met my expectations.I purchased this watch expecting it to be durable and of good quality. However, the fading color and other quality issues have made me dissatisfied with my purchase.I kindly request that you arrange either a full refund or a replacement with a new watch of proper quality, in accordance with your return and warranty policy. Please let me know the procedure for returning the defective product and resolving this issue as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response.
