Sweet almond oil (prunus dulcis) is a 100% pure cold-pressed sweet almond oil obtained by cold pressing the sweet almond kernels. Almond oil contains a very high amount of potassium and omega-3 fatty acids.
almond oil is a good source of vitamin e. Vitamin e is a fat-soluble vitamin with antioxidant properties. One tablespoon (13 grams) of almond oil contains 5.25 mg of vitamin e, which meets 17% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin e.
it is quite common for me to use almond oil in skin care as a nourishing, repairing, protective, softening and moisturizing agent. It is preferred for hair, eyebrow and eyelash care.
