Hello, this model can be worn comfortably in snowy weather as it is waterproof. There is also thermal insulation - so it keeps the foot warm in cold weather. Any shoe can slip on a slippery surface, but thanks to its outdoor sole, it offers excellent grip. If you normally wear 38.5, 39 would be perfect for this model, it won't look too big. If you have wide feet, size 39 would be particularly more comfortable. If you need help with something different, as KoraySpor, we are always here for you.

Hello, size 37 (23.5 cm) will be too small for a foot size of 23.8 cm. For your foot health and comfort, it would be much more appropriate to choose size 38 in this model.
