Product description

Inspired by china's ghostly metropolises, ghost cities tells the story of a young immigrant searching for his identity in modern australia, amidst ancient palace intrigues. Xiang, who worked as a translator at the chinese consulate in sydney, was fired when it was discovered that he couldn't speak a word of chinese and was running his job entirely through translation applications. The path of the young man, who quickly became an internet phenomenon, leads to one of china's ghost cities. So, how does xiang's arrival here connect to an ancient tale of a paranoid emperor who created a thousand clones of himself, where poisoned banquets were served and books were burned? What if it's a vending machine that plays chess, concealing a deadly secret?
