With one word, perfect. incredibly useful. Incredibly practical for vegetables all summer long, and perfect for crowded tables. The square apparatus is the one I use most often. Solid vegetables such as onions, zucchini and cucumbers are cut into small Kate graters, and vegetables such as tomatoes and eggplants are cut into large squares. very useful.
