Is there a tool for juicing fruit and a tool for making ice cream? Because it is not clear how to make juice and ice cream.

**** **** - 21 October 2025

Answer from TIGRECOOK

The appliance can make sorbet (fruit ice cream made from frozen fruits) with ease. Just freeze any fruit or use ready frozen fruit, put it in the machine while the juice outlet is closed, and the sorbet will come out from the pulp outlet. Thank you for contacting us.

Translated by Google

Hello, how much power is it?

**** **** - 17 August 2025

Answer from TIGRECOOK

The power of the device is 250 watts, which is enough to squeeze all kinds of fruits and vegetables, including hard ones such as carrots and beets. The slow juicing principle relies on slow pressure to efficiently extract water, and this force prevents excessive heat from building up while preserving the juice's nutrition and taste.

**** **** - 16 July 2025

Answer from TIGRECOOK

Yes, you can throw fruits like apples, carrots, without peeling, no need to core. But be sure to peel citrus fruits such as oranges and grapefruits, because their rind can give the water a bitter taste.

Translated by Google

When extracting pomegranate juice, should you use the whole pomegranate seeds, or is it sufficient to just peel off the skin? Could the white membranes be harmful? Thanks.

**** **** - 23 August 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

When preparing pomegranate juice, you need to completely peel the pomegranate and put the grains in the container. We recommend separating the white pith as much as possible; it's not harmful, but it can give the juice a bitter taste. Enjoy.

Translated by Google

can I juice tomatoes and make tomato paste?

**** **** - 30 July 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

Yes, you can. You can get tomato juice with the TigreCook slow juicer. Then you can boil this water in the pot to thicken the consistency and make a paste. However, the device doesn't directly produce tomato paste; it performs the juicing process, and a cooking stage is required to achieve the consistency of tomato paste.

Translated by Google

Hello, does it extract water from watermelon peel? I will buy it specifically for watermelon peel or do you have any suggestions?

**** **** - 11 July 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

Hi, yes, our slow juicer can juice watermelon rind. For best results, we recommend removing the hard green part and chopping the white part into medium-sized pieces before slowly adding it to the appliance.

Translated by Google

Does it squeeze potatoes?

**** **** - 7 June 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

"No, it does not ""squeeze"" the potato to get a liquid like water."

Translated by Google

Do we need to throw it away with the peel of the lemon and does the seed mix with the rust or does the juice mix with it?

**** **** - 6 June 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

It is recommended to use lemon by peeling it. You are better off coring them too. The pulp and juice of the fruit are squeezed together; the fruit itself is put into the device, not just the juice. If the white part is left too much, it may have a bitter taste, so it is recommended to use the lemon after peeling it.

Translated by Google

Hello, some users have written in their comments that there is an overheating problem after 20 minutes of operation. Is there such a problem with these devices?

**** **** - 26 May 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

Yes, in general the device should not be run continuously for long. The device should be given rest from time to time. You won't have any problems that way. In addition, the device has a protection system against overheating.

Translated by Google

**** **** - 26 May 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

Welcome to TIGRECOOK Yes, with a slow juicer, greens like parsley and spinach can be efficiently squeezed. For best results, it is recommended to use with firm fruits and vegetables such as apples or cucumbers.

Translated by Google

Hi, can this juice wheatgrass?

**** **** - 24 May 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

Yes, wheatgrass can be put in the slow juicer. In fact, slow juicers are the most suitable devices for wheatgrass because they better preserve nutrients. It is recommended to add slowly and in small amounts for best results.

Translated by Google

Hello, in the video you squeezed the fruits by adding water. I wonder if adding water or a different liquid is necessary for every fruit and vegetable.

**** **** - 19 May 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

Adding water is not mandatory, the device can squeeze berries even without water. The reason for adding water in the video is to make the water a little lighter or increase the amount.

What is the minimum number of quarts of juice it can juice at once?

**** **** - 11 April 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

The reservoir capacity is 1.5 liters, but there's no minimum usage limit. You can easily squeeze small amounts, such as 1 cup (approximately 200-250 ml), at a time. Of course, as the quantity increases, the yield also increases

Translated by Google

Does it make smoothies

**** **** - 31 March 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

No, the slow juicer does not make smoothies. It extracts juice from fruits and vegetables, separating the pulp, so the result is a clearer drink, not as thick as a smoothie. But you can make sorbet (fruit ice cream) with frozen fruit.

Hello, does parsley, celery and dill squeeze?

**** **** - 24 February 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

Hello, Yes, you can juice parsley, celery and dill with a slow juicer. Thanks to its slow squeezing technology, it extracts juice more efficiently, especially from leafy greens like parsley and dill. Celery stalks are easily squeezed as well.

Translated by Google

So what should I do to get rid of this lightness in nard?

**** **** - 21 February 2026

Answer from TIGRECOOK

The slightly bitter/astringent taste in pomegranate juice is usually caused by the mixing of white membranes or the pomegranate itself. Additionally, because the fruit is squeezed naturally and at a low speed in slow juicers, the true aroma of the pomegranate is more intense - meaning the taste can be slightly more distinct and natural. If you want, you can try cleaning the white parts better or you can balance the taste by mixing it with some apple/orange.
