If the place where he holds the steering wheel with his hand is fixed like this, how can he steer? If the steering wheel turns, the child can also turn. Since the steering wheel is fixed, he cannot turn his scooter left or right.
Answer from 3TGRUP
The steering wheel has no action except for a slight acceleration to the left and right. It is adjusted to ensure that it remains balanced in the research work and is left under its own control.
