The Mia Woody Porcelain Serving Plate 34X21 cm

amazing quality

When the product first arrived to me, the handle was broken and I requested a replacement. They replaced it and sent it back to me, and the second time it was broken in the same place. I sent a message to the company and they said there is a problem with the cargo in your area. The second time they sent it, instead of sending it in very good packaging, they packaged it again in the same way and sent it, instead of sticking a 'fragile' sign on the outside of the package. Maybe they sent back the same broken product, I don't know. But as a company, take all the precautions before finding a mistake in the shipment, and then blame them. Okay, the cargo carriers do not carry the product very well, but how do they know that it is a porcelain product inside? Even I thought it was a book when I picked it up. The company's packaging is very bad, friends, place your order accordingly. I also used a coupon when I bought it, and now it's in my coupon for nothing. Because it will be returned. A total fiasco
