The Çocuk One Peach, a Thousand Peaches / / Samed Behrengi

Product description

My mom turns to me, “beautiful girl, don’t hide from the sun! The earth feeds us, the sun burns this food. The source of its beauty is the sun. For those who hide from the sun, they always remain very yellow and skinny. My beautiful daughter, if this sun comes one day and touches this earth, there will be no life left, everything will disappear. "neither plants nor animals remain in the world," he said."

ali and polat are two poor peasant boys. The greatest pleasure of the couple is to dive into the garden of the lord who does not share his fruits with the villagers and to overeat peaches. Every year, trees produce peaches that are so large and juicy that no one can even bear to eat them... here is one of these large and juicy peaches, falling from the basket one day.

ali and polat, who found him, take the peach on a new journey. In this journey, the peach tells us how it is peeled from its flesh, how it becomes a seed, how it rests in the ground in winter and sprouts in spring, and how much it misses ali and polat when it grows into a tree.
