Product Q&As
Hello, I want to store it in the refrigerator.
Answer from mutfy
Hello, you can use it however you wish. But the use of a refrigerator will increase your labor when you want to use butter.

Do I need to add water to it even if I put it in the refrigerator?
Answer from mutfy
The logic of the product is to ensure long-lasting freshness by cutting off the contact of butter with oxygen thanks to the water filled in the bowl. If you are determined to keep butter in the fridge, you don't need this product.

Doesn't the softened butter fall into the water when turned?
Answer from mutfy
Because the butter is pressed into the bell without any gaps, no air is trapped, and it won't fall out when inverted. It stays stable thanks to the vacuum effect.

Hello, the butter we filled will probably stop coming into contact with water as it runs out. In this case, I am asking to understand whether there is a problem even if it is cut. Or does it not touch the water inside?
Answer from mutfy
Its logic is that, thanks to the bowl filled with water, the chamber filled with oil, which is placed upside down inside, cuts off contact with air, thus preserving the freshness of the butter. Reducing the amount of oil inside the oil pot will not violate the principle.

Is the product ceramic coated or handmade fired ceramic?
Answer from mutfy
Hello, our product is not ceramic coating. It is completely handmade and is a real ceramic that has been fired at a high degree. Each piece is expertly shaped and finished with a special baking process for durability and long-lasting use.
