Product Q&As
Which one keeps you warm better in terms of temperature? Is the outer part welsoft or microfiber?
Answer from Terapise
Wellsoft keeps you a little warmer
Translated by Google
It is written that the outside of welsoft is hairy. It is also written as hypoallergenic in the features section. Does the hair not cause allergies? I want to buy this microfiber product, but I wonder which one would be better in terms of allergies. I think the inner fillings are the same.
Answer from Terapise
Hello, the feathers are very short and give a super softness. Both products are anti-allergic. You can decide according to your budget. Both would have the same benefit to your sleep. There is only a difference in usage comfort.

How should we choose weight?
Answer from Terapise
If you are sleeping two people, you can choose a double size of 10 kg. If you are a single person lying down and weigh over 60 kg, you can choose 7 kg, if you weigh under 60 kg, you can choose 5 kg.

My son is 60kg, is 7kg suitable?

Hello, my son is 8 years old and a bit big. 150 cm tall, 50 kg, which one should we choose?
Answer from Terapise
Hello, we recommend the 5kg 155x215cm model

There is a machine washable warning, but can I use a dryer? I have a question: Is there a duvet cover specifically for the blanket?
Answer from Terapise
Hello, yes there is, we recommend the wellsoft duvet covers on our page this season. You can machine wash it, but we do not recommend tumble drying.

Is it suitable for summer? Does it keep you cool?
Answer from Terapise
Hello, we recommend bamboo models for the summer months

If you weigh 58 kilos and are 154 cm tall, what weight would be appropriate?
Answer from Terapise
Hello, 7 kg per person would be suitable.
Translated by Google
does it spread the weight evenly
Answer from Terapise
Hello, yes the weight is evenly distributed
Translated by Google
Hello, I wonder how many kg the blanket weighs? It says 3 kg.
Answer from Terapise
Hello, this model you are looking at is 7kg. Since more than 3+ weight cannot be written in the product listing, we could not write 7 kg in the other features section. It just stayed in the title
Translated by Google
Hello, good luck. How much is this product in kg? ? In the product description it says 7 kg, but in the description it shows 3 kg. How many kg is it in net? ?
Answer from Terapise
Hello, the 7 kg figure seen in the product title is correct. It has a very high quality, soft fabric. You can also wash it in the machine. Regards
