Does it stick better with soapy water? Can you briefly explain how to apply it with soapy water?
Answer from Temiz Pazar
Measure the area you will cover and cut the carbon to the appropriate size and clean the surface. Wet the surface thoroughly with soapy water or glass cleaner, then remove the protective backing from the carbon film. Place the carbon on the wet ground and establish it. If there are air bubbles, remove them with a squeegee.
