Product Q&As
Trendyol Support Team, I received the Portable Electronic Bakhoor Burner BK-33 (55 AED), but it is defective / incomplete: 1. The lid does NOT open and close with rotation as shown in the picture. There is no magnetic twist mechanism. I have to remove the entire cover and put it back. 2. The inner tray / plate where we put the bakhoor / incense is missing inside. The burner is empty inside. Please check the attached photos/video. The product is not as described. I request a free replacement with a correct, complete product, not a refund. Thank you. Address: Marina Square Building 7, Apt 602, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi Phone: 0564410535
