Is it embossed on top? If it is embossed, how can it be used as a work mat? Will there be no embossing marks on the dough while rolling out the dough?
Answer from Tchibo
Hello, Yes, our baking mat has star decor, cm scale, diameter and cake slice embossing. When used as a work mat, these embossments actually help you as a measuring guide. When rolling out dough, impressions from the embossing may transfer onto the dough very slightly, but these marks usually disappear during baking. Additionally, the mat's non-stick and non-slip properties prevent the surface from sliding when working with dough, making your job easier. Thanks to its silicone structure, the dough does not stick to the mat, so you can easily prepare your pastries. Being dishwasher safe after use also provides great convenience in terms of cleaning. Thank you for your interest and have a nice day.
