Hello, the color of my t brush glass box mouth tablet has turned red, could I have made a mistake in the storage conditions?
Answer from T-BRUSH
Hello, the lifespan of our tablets is 12 months after the cover is opened. However, the lid should be closed tightly, the silica inside should be held in the hand until the last tablet, and contact with wet hands should not be made. The clove flavor inside has started to pink because it probably got moisture. It's okay to use it, but the effect and feeling may not be efficient. We wish you healthy days...

How come you don't need paste? How does it clean then?
Answer from T-BRUSH
Hi, the toothbrush is designed to clean your teeth deeply. However, the use of toothpaste is generally recommended, because toothpaste can more effectively clean your teeth and maintain oral health. When used alone, the toothbrush can remove plaque and food residues on the teeth, but using it with toothpaste gives better results.

If the brush part is nylon, what's the point? purpose is only to benefit nature? Millions of micro plastics pass from the brush part to both the human body and nature :(
Answer from T-BRUSH
Hello, the handle part is bamboo and the brush part is made of nylon A6. Since the brush parts remain constantly wet, if it is made of bamboo, there is a risk of mold and bacteria in a short time, this situation harms human health more than microplastics. Since our company produces vegan products and our products are offered without animal testing, we also do not use animal hair. Therefore, as a result of the research and development studies, it was deemed appropriate to produce in this way. Our aim is to meet our daily routine needs without harming nature and animals. Thank you for your understanding, we wish you healthy days. . .
