Product Q&As
When you say Nylon6, aren't the toothbrush bristles made of bamboo?
Answer from T-BRUSH
Dear Customer, Hello, our toothbrush is made of 100% recycled bamboo and has an ultra soft bristle structure. So, the toothbrush bristles are made of Dupont ultra soft material, not bamboo. Kind regards. Have a nice day

Hello, it has been about 1 month since I bought the product. However, the part where the hairs are located seems to be moldy, is this possible?
Answer from T-BRUSH
Hello, if there are chemical components in the toothpaste used or oil, like in every toothpaste, it can stick to the bottom of the bristle bundles and damage the pure bamboo. However, we recommend that you leave it in hot water for 5 minutes. In this way, you will be cleaning your brush from oil. For your information, we wish you healthy days.

What is the difference between nano bamboo and regular bamboo?
Answer from T-BRUSH
Hello, the handles of both of our brushes are made of bamboo and have the same structure. However, the number of bristles and the bristle structure are very different. It has a hair count of 20 thousand, which is nano, and it is ultra soft. If you have sensitive gums, it would be better to choose nano. We wish you healthy days. . .

Could you please tell me how we should use natural bamboo toothbrushes like these to prevent them from getting MOLDY?
Answer from T-BRUSH
Dear Customer, Hello, If there are any chemical components or oils in the toothpaste used, these substances may adhere to the bottom of the bristle bundles and damage the pure bamboo. Therefore, we recommend that you soak your toothbrush in warm water for 5 minutes. This method will help degrease your brush. Kind regards. Have a nice day
