Tasma Market Durable Dog Collar - Navy Blue with Double Tongue Metal Buckle

Hello, the smallest size in this model is size L. Its hole start is 42cm, sir. So it wouldn't be suitable for your poodle. We think you want it for education, is that true?

Now it is clear, what you can do is take this collar and make a hole, sir. Normally, collars produced for a neck circumference of 20cm are 2cm wide at most. So the model you are looking for is not something sold anywhere. You can easily reduce it to that size by drilling holes. If you need a 5cm wide product, you can buy it. After receiving it, you can mark and punch the collar where it corresponds to your friend's neck size. Thus, you can use it comfortably. After piercing, cut off the long part hanging in front of the collar. Burn the place you cut with a lighter so that the strings do not come off. In fact, as you hold the lighter, that part will melt, cover that part until the threads become impossible to remove, do not burn it too much, you can adjust it. Burn the place you pierced in the same way with a lighter afterwards. In short, make the hole in the collar yourself and cut off the long part and burn it. We have made a detailed recommendation, sir. This is the most logical thing to do that suits your needs, or you can consider the option of directly asking a leash manufacturer to produce it for you, but we generally have such products. You should still do what fits your logic.
