Product Q&As
Is the product suitable for cleaning with alcohol? Or would reaction occur leading to any oxidization?
Answer from Taş Sandığı
Hello, it may cause a reaction. If you clean it, you need to dry it very well immediately. The metal parts would also be damaged. Gemologists clean with a toothbrush with hydrogen chloride to clean the oxidation, but it is dangerous to use, we do not recommend you to do. We answered thinking you were talking about physical cleansing, not energy.

Hello, there have been comments that the product causes hand staining. Will it cause any harm? How long does this stay on? Thank you, good work.
Answer from Taş Sandığı
Hello, the metals (especially iron) found in pyrite can cause oxidation if they come into frequent contact with moisture in the air or liquid. This is the reason why dark stains remain on your hands. It multiplies according to storage conditions. It does not stain continuously, when you do not use it for a long time, it may stain when you first take it in your hand, you can wipe it off.
