Product Q&As
Does it matter if we are hungry? At what intervals should we take them all?
Answer from TBT Doğal Ürünler
Welcome Iron and Vitamin B12 should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning, and your Lugol's iodine solution should be taken at least 2 hours apart during the day.

How many cc are the products?
Answer from TBT Doğal Ürünler
Welcome Your Lugol's iodine solution is 30 cc, your Multide iron dam is 20 cc, and your Vitamin B12 drop is 10 cc in volume.

Good luck, can iron and B12 be drunk by dripping it into water and what will be the amount? Also, if you take these immediately followed by Lugol 5%, is there any harm? Thank you in advance.
Answer from TBT Doğal Ürünler
Welcome Your iron drop and B12 drop are water based and can be mixed in water. If you wish, you can drop it directly into your mouth or consume it through a carrier medium like molasses. It is important for bioavailability that there is at least a 2-hour interval between your Lugol's iodine solution and your iron drop. Your recommended Lugol 2% tincture solution for adults is consumed in a dose of 1 drop/day, mixed in water on an empty stomach in the morning.

I will use this combination for the first time. Should I use 2% iodine or 5% iodine and how should I use it in general?
Answer from TBT Doğal Ürünler
Welcome For adults, start with 1 drop/day with Lugol's 2%. Use your iron drops 20 drops/day and Vitamin B12 drops 5 drops/day

I take thyroid medication, how do I use it in the morning, iron and b12?

Welcome For adults, your iron drops are 20 drops/day and your B12 drops are 5 drops/day, used in the morning on an empty stomach.

Thank you, Demir B12. If we take them at the same time, would it be a problem in terms of their composition? Should we take a break between the two?
Answer from TBT Doğal Ürünler
Welcome again You can take your iron and B12 drops one after another.
