So, how many days will the iron drops last if you use 20 drops a day? Could you write about the use of iodine for children and adults?
Answer from TBT Doğal Ürünler
Welcome again Your iron drop is 400 drops in a 20 ml package. As it is, it offers 20 days of use at a dose of 20 drops/day. Your Lugol's 2% iodine solution should be consumed by mixing it into water on an empty stomach in the morning, at a dose of 1 drop per day for adults and half a drop per day for children aged 4-11. It is recommended that there should be at least 2 hours between your vitamin C and your iodine solution for maximum bioavailability from both products.

Hello, my ferritin level is very low. Iron affects the medications badly and makes me nauseous, but as soon as we enter the winter months, infections and diseases often occur to me. Will it help in raising my iron levels? Should I drip it directly? May I ask how I should use it?
Answer from TBT Doğal Ürünler
Welcome You can use your iron drop by dropping it directly into your mouth, or you can consume it by putting it into a carrier medium like molasses.
