Product Q&As
After wrapping the product around the cylinder, it does not enter the sheath. There is a cover on the cylinder, or should we wrap it without a cylinder and put it inside the cylinder?
Answer from SİZS Puzzle Halısı
Hello, it is designed so that you can use the cylinder when it is empty. Unfortunately, there is no chance of wrapping the cylinder in the case and putting the puzzle in the case after fixing it.

How tall is the puzzle rug? I read the previous questions and answers and you wrote 110×175 to one person and 110×185 to the other. Which is correct?
Answer from SİZS Puzzle Halısı
Hello, we have increased the length of our carpet to 185cm to make it easier to wrap and increased the space used for wrapping. You will have enough room either way.

Hello, what is the fabric of the product? Is it cotton or felt? I need 3 thousand pieces.
Answer from SİZS Puzzle Halısı
Hello, the product has a felt structure and we have sizes according to usage.

After wrapping the roll, the unjoined parts will not fall off from the edges, right?
Answer from SİZS Puzzle Halısı
Hello, sir, if the non-joined parts are not too close to the edge areas and you do the wrapping process with the correct tightness, it will not spill. Have a nice day

Hello, if I use puzzle glue on the puzzle carpet, will it damage the carpet? Can I separate the puzzle?
Answer from SİZS Puzzle Halısı
Hello, of course you can use it comfortably, since the puzzle pieces fit like locks, there is no adhesive on the back, so as long as you don't carry it around, there will be no problem. You can get support from video platforms.

Hello, what is the size of the product? Does it fit 96×132? It looks small in the picture for 4000 pieces.
Answer from SİZS Puzzle Halısı
Hello, the product size is 110x185 cm. The dimensions of our products are prepared according to universal puzzle sizes. We wish you a nice day

Do the pieces fall apart and break during wrapping? I'm curious about this, and what is the exact size? General comments say it's big.
Answer from SİZS Puzzle Halısı
Hello, when you make your puzzle on it and wrap it, the main integrity is preserved, when you open it back, you will only need to make minor corrections, since we wrap the room, it is related to the separation of the pieces from each other. But the main whole picture you made will not deteriorate. Our product dimensions are universal and fit 85% of the puzzles sold in our country, the dimensions are 110x175cm. The size is the space we leave around the edges for movement. We wish you a good day
