Our mop is moldy, we clean it and ventilate it constantly, but the moldy area is growing and getting blacker and blacker. We couldn't understand why. How can we solve this? I wanted to convey it to you without making any bad comments or complaints.
Answer from Diatom ticaret
Hello, you need to pay attention to the ventilation process of the product. This may occur if the product remains wet for a long time, or if it absorbs water from the bottom, or if there is not enough air flow in the place where it is located, or if it is used too much and the product does not dry. Please apply sanding and wash it well, then let it dry thoroughly, then put it upright in the evening and let it dry. You can also put it near a honeycomb in the winter. If you pay attention to drying, this problem will not occur. Be sure to follow the instructions for use.

Hello, some say the material is acrylic, some say polyamide, what is the difference?
Answer from Diatom ticaret
Hello, all the products are produced from diatomite mine. Since there is no diatomite in the system, it was chosen randomly.

This product, which has super absorbent properties, traps all the water within a minute after being dropped on it or stepped on with a wet foot, and definitely does not let the water out, thus ensuring that the foot of the person who will use the mop after you definitely does not get wet. The mop is a single size: 39*60 and is 9mm thick. Diatom mat is not a classic textile product mat. Diatomite mat is a mat designed by taking advantage of the high absorbency feature of diatomaceous earth. It is produced to be a definitive solution to the wetness that occurs in front of the bathroom, shower cabin, bathtub and sink. From its structure, it cannot be bent or twisted, it does not break easily, its texture can be said to be as hard as tree parquet. Your foot definitely does not slip on the diatom mat. From the moment you use the diatomaceous mat, you will not need to use a foot towel that you have to change and wash frequently. You will find a definitive solution to the wetness occurring in front of the sink and shower cabin. It will end the frequent wetness that often occurs in homes where ablution is performed, especially in sinks. Compared to traditional foot towels and mats, it is exceptionally absorbent
