Sundex b complex contains 75 mg of vitamin b1 (thiamine hydrochloride), 25 mg of benfotiamine, 100 mg of vitamin b2 (riboflavin 5'-phosphate, sodium), 100 mg of vitamin b3 (niacinamide), 50 mg of vitamin b4 (choline bitartrate), 100 mg of vitamin b5 (d-pantothenate, calcium), 10 mg of vitamin b6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), 1000 µg of vitamin b7 (d-biotin), 50 mg of vitamin b8 (inositol), 400 µg of vitamin b9 (calcium l-methylfolate), and 500 µg of vitamin b12 (methylcobalamin) in each capsule. The benfotiamine in its content is the form of vitamin b1 that has the ability to dissolve both in oil and water.
