Sultan Hikayesi Midwifery Herbal Tea 100 Gr

Hibiscus can show anti-inflammatory effects for respiratory problems such as colds, coughs, tonsillitis and bronchitis, gastrointestinal problems such as constipation and digestive problems, as well as skin problems such as eczema.

hello sir..In the preparation of this tea, it is important to pay attention to the temperature of the water, which is sufficient to extract the essence of the leaves. Too hot water can burn the leaves and make the tea taste bitter, so it is ideal to let it sit for a few minutes after the water starts to boil, and then pour it over the hibiscus leaves. If you want to add different flavors to your tea, you can add a slice of lemon, a few mint leaves or a cinnamon stick. These additions not only enhance the aroma of your tea but also provide different health benefits. After brewing your tea, it is recommended to strain the leaves; this way, the leaves remaining in the teapot will not cause the tea to become bitter. You can consume hibiscus tea hot or cold. If you want to consume it cold, you can let the tea cool in the refrigerator for a while after brewing and serve as a refreshing tea by adding ice. It becomes a cooling and aromatic option for the body on hot days of the year.
