20. The undisputed masterpiece of jules payot, the renowned pedagogue who spearheaded the secularization of education in france at the turn of the century, is "the education of the will." This work, which was translated into many languages in a short time and guided educators all over the world, has not lost any of its relevance with both its theoretical and practical aspects. Even the will training, which is recommended not to be accepted into churches by parents who have been on the vatican's blacklist for a long time and even read this book to their children, is fundamentally a personal development book. While exploring the philosophical and spiritual foundations of willpower in a language accessible to everyone, it seeks answers to questions like these: · what is the nature of willpower? · do we have a will over our feelings? · is it possible to direct our will with our thoughts? · what are the internal and external tools that we can use to train our will in the path of self-discipline? &quot

Our happiness hinges on the cultivation of our will. it's about ensuring that pleasant thoughts and emotions are free to express themselves fully, while preventing painful thoughts and anxieties from entering our consciousness, or at the very least, keeping them from encroaching upon it. Therefore, happiness expects a person to have superior attention, which can only mean nothing but a highly sovereign will.
