Südor Sf1093-3 Chinese Calligraphy Brush No 3

I liked it a lot; it came exactly as I wanted

Instead of the two different brushes in my order (no:1/no:2), two random brushes from the plastic brush set of three were sent to me. Moreover, no prior information or approval process was carried out regarding this change. Sending two pieces from a set worth 400 TL instead of the products I paid 370 TL in total is not an acceptable approach both commercially and ethically. This product was an urgent need for me. I am also a customer who regularly purchases from your brand and stores and gladly prefers them. Since the product was out of stock, I was specifically directed to order online and this was the table I came across.
