Excellent taste if you drink it on its own, and it doesn't make you feel bloated. You can use it in recipes, and it dissolves perfectly.

It's great, sweet, and delicious. I made it with water, and it tastes okay. You can drink it on its own or with food. I made ice cream out of it, and it tastes sweet.

19December2025

My weight increased significantly. I weighed 55 kg and became 60 kg after using it for a period of no more than three weeks. I didn't exercise. I drank it and sat watching my phone, so the weight gain was natural, even though I didn't eat or drink anything else during that period. My goal was to lose weight and compensate for the protein I had lost, but my weight increased. I think it's perfect because it works very effectively, even though that wasn't my goal, but I'm happy because it works, and now I'm on a stricter diet than before to lose weight. If your goal is to lose weight, then it's not for you, but if you want to gain weight, then I strongly recommend it.
