Product Q&As

Hello, can the straw part be removed and washed?

**** **** - 25 April 2026

Answer from Korayspor

Hello, yes; In Iceflow models, the straw part can be easily removed and washed by hand or machine for hygienic use.

Translated by Google

I don't understand if it can never be used hot.

**** **** - 14 June 2026

Purchased this item

Answer from Korayspor

Hello, our Iceflow model is specifically designed for "cold drinks". The insulation structure is focused on keeping cold; if you put a hot drink, its performance will decrease and there may be a risk of spillage due to its straw structure.

Translated by Google

Does it have a water proof feature?

**** **** - 3 May 2026

Answer from Korayspor

Hello, yes; The Iceflow series pipette cap has a complete sealing feature when it is closed. You can carry it safely in your bag.

Translated by Google

It doesn't keep cold for 48 hours, the ice melts, how is this possible?

**** **** - 28 July 2026

Answer from Korayspor

Hello, the product's ice retention performance is measured under laboratory conditions (with continuous ice replenishment and closed lid) for up to 48 hours. External ambient temperature, beverage fill level, and the amount of ice inside can affect this duration.

Translated by Google

What is the largest size of this model?

**** **** - 18 April 2026

Answer from Korayspor

Hello, the most common and largest size of the Iceflow Flip Straw series in our country is the 0.89 Liter model you are examining.

Translated by Google

When you fill the thermos with water, it becomes heavy, right? Because it says light.

**** **** - 27 June 2026

Answer from Korayspor

Hello, the product is quite light when empty; however, it is normal to feel the weight due to its volume when filled with 890 ml of liquid.

Translated by Google

Hello, is there any chance of removing the straw inside, putting a hot drink in it, consuming it, then putting the straw back in and using it normally?

**** **** - 28 July 2026

Answer from Korayspor

Hello, yes, you can use it for your hot drinks by removing the straw and keeping the lid closed; however, it is recommended to be careful as pressure may build up in hot drinks.
