Product Q&As
Hot-cold?
Answer from Korayspor
Hello, the IceFlow series you are reviewing is designed only for cold drinks due to its special straw lid structure. It has the ability to keep your drinks cold for 12 hours and ice-free for 48 hours with ice supplements. For hot drinks, we recommend choosing our models with classic caps.

Sir, it does not keep cold for 12 hours as you said, the cold goes away in 1-2 hours, we paid that much money.
Answer from Korayspor
Hi, sorry for your situation; the Stanley double wall vacuum steel insulation keeps iced drinks cold for long hours under normal conditions. Please ensure the lid is fully locked and ice is added. If you suspect a performance issue, you can create a review request via Trendyol Assistant.
