I ordered the same product twice. The first time they put 6 pens and sent them according to their wishes. I arrived and asked for a replacement and told them that I bought this set for the black, navy blue, red. They stated they couldn't change it, so I bought it again. This time they put 3 random pens next to black, dark blue and red and sent them :D
