Even if there is no electricity or it goes away, does it open automatically from the back and front?
Answer from Electrima
Hello dear customer, The product is an electronic lock system that works with a DC 12V power supply and does not work when there is no electricity. The keychain and cards included in the package open the door by electrically operating the device via the reader. There is no manual mechanical key feature. There is no alternate method to open the door in case of power loss. Detailed information is included in the product descriptions and features. We wish you a nice day.
